If you’d like the package to be delivered direct to a lucky someone, just add their address in the shipping details and tick the box ‘Is your order a gift?’ at checkout and we won’t include an invoice.
While we don’t offer a gift-wrapping service, we’ll happily include a short message from you! The email entered at the checkout will receive order confirmation, invoice and all tracking updates from Royal Mail/DPD.
While we do everything in our power to ensure the products shown as available on the website are currently in stock, if there is a problem, we’ll let you know so you can choose an alternative or request a refund.
Alternatively, if there is an item out of stock, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to let you know when it will next be available or our team can advise an alternative.

All orders with EDGE Tea and Coffee are eligible for free delivery when you spend over £25.
We’ve worked hard to give you a really good deal by absorbing some of the costs ourselves – your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service for orders below 2kg and DPD for larger items.
Delivery or pick-up
We pack all goods carefully in boxes and bags, nestled safely in fully recyclable packaging. This does two important things:
1. Ensures items arrive unscathed 2. Minimises our impact on the environment. #noexcuseforsingleuse We use trusted couriers to make sure your beans and leaves arrive in tip top condition. Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service for orders below 2kg and DPD for larger items.
The early bird catches the bean! If you order on a weekday before 9am, we will do our best to dispatch on the on the same day, otherwise, it will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery usually takes 2 – 3 working days and your dispatch email will include a tracking link. Please use this link to track your order! We use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service for orders below 2kg and DPD for larger items and monitor them carefully. Sometimes delays may occur that are outside our control, such as weather or traffic conditions. We always aim to keep you informed and minimise inconvenience, however, we can’t be held responsible for such delays or consequential losses.
If you have placed an order on a bank holiday or our peak times, please allow an extra day for dispatch and/or delivery.
The simple answer is YES – our Edge Store is open 7 days a week, so we actively encourage Click and Collect orders as it cuts on emissions and it’s convenient for locals too.
Simply select ‘Collect from our Edge Store’ at checkout and you’ll receive an email within 1-2 working days to say your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you have received this email before coming into us to avoid disappointment.
Just head to Edgcumbes [Ford Lane, Arundel BN18 0DF], pop into our EDGE Store and let the team know you have an order to collect plus your name and they’ll grab it for you.
If your order doesn’t arrive within seven working days, please contact us via phone or email and we’ll try and find out where it is.
Drop us an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll cancel it immediately. If it has already been dispatched, you’ll have to return it to us. Please scroll down to the Returns question below for instructions.
It’s rare, but if it does happen, please email us to let us know within 24 hours including your order number and some photos of how your order has arrived.
We’ll happily arrange a refund or replacement with our apologies. We may ask you to send us a photo or to return the item first.
If we’ve accidentally sent the wrong item or something is missing, please email us within 24 hours with images of any items that are incorrect. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund on the same day – that’s the EDGE way.
We hope you love everything you order from us, but you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of dispatch.
Please repack the goods carefully to prevent damage in transit (we can’t give you a refund unless they are suitable for resale) and send them to Edgcumbe Tea & Coffee, The Old Barn, Ford Lane, West Sussex, BN18 0DF.
Word to the wise, we recommend you use a trackable postal service and retain proof of postage – because we can’t give you a refund if the goods never arrive back with us.
When we receive your returned item/s, we’ll refund the cost within 7 working days, using your original payment method (we regret we can’t refund the cost of delivery or return). If you don’t receive your refund after this time, please let us know and we’ll sort it out.

The LoyLap app is free to download and participate in. You must be 13 years of age and over to use.
YES! Please look at your account ‘History’ and show your EDGE Café receipt to either a member of staff or email a photo of your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add your stamps onto your account for you.
The LoyLap app is GDPR compliant and customer details are stored securely.
All hot drinks and cold brews are included.
LoyLap can only be used at the EDGE Café at our Roastery (Ford Lane) and is not yet available to use at EDGE By The Sea.
