Our standard UK delivery makes it simple to enjoy your favourite EDGE coffee, tea, and brewing equipment at home.

• Delivery cost: £3.99 for orders under £35, free on orders over £35.
• Couriers: Royal Mail 48hr Tracked for parcels under 2kg and APC for larger orders over 2kg.
• Dispatch time: Orders placed before our cut-off time 9am are sent the same working day.
• Typical delivery timeframe: 2–3 working days from dispatch.
• Peak period notice: Delivery times may be extended during busy periods, bank holidays, or severe weather, but we’ll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Need your coffee in a hurry? Our next-day delivery service is available across the UK for just £5.75.

• Order deadline: Place your order before our cut-off time 9am Monday to Friday for next working day delivery.
• Availability: Service runs Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• Couriers: We use APC for the fastest possible delivery, with DPD as an alternative where required.
• Eligible products: Applies to all EDGE coffee, tea, and brewing equipment orders.

Live in a BN postcode area? You’ll be automatically upgraded to our next-day coffee delivery at no extra cost.

• Free upgrade on qualifying orders: Orders over £35 ship free and are upgraded to APC Next Day for faster delivery.
• Standard rates for smaller orders: Orders under £35 are £3.99 and sent via our standard delivery service.
• Fast dispatch: Place your order before our cut-off time 9am Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch.
• Eligible locations: Covers BN postcode areas, including Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Eastbourne, Lewes, Newhaven, and surrounding towns.
• Delivery aim: APC aims to deliver the next working day, but delays can happen during peak periods or severe weather.

Delivery Support & Issues

We want every coffee delivery to be smooth, but if something goes wrong, we’ll help put it right quickly.

• Missing orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days (Royal Mail) or 7 working days (DPD/APC), please get in touch.
• Damaged or wrong items: Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can investigate.
• Cancellations: You can cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched.

Returns

We hope you love everything you order from us, but you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of dispatch.

Please repack the goods carefully to prevent damage in transit (we can’t give you a refund unless they are suitable for resale) and send them to Edgcumbe Tea & Coffee, The Old Barn, Ford Lane, West Sussex, BN18 0DF.

We highly recommend you use a trackable postal service and retain proof of postage, because we can’t give you a refund if the goods never arrive back with us!

When we receive your returned item/s, we’ll refund the cost within 7 working days, using your original payment method (we regret we can’t refund the cost of delivery or return). If you don’t receive your refund after this time, please let us know and we’ll sort it out.
