Adjacent to the café you’ll find our EDGE Store stocked full of local goodies. You'll find the whole range of our specialty coffees, loose leaf teas, and treats from Sussex bakeries, independents and local artisan suppliers.
REDUCE REUSE REFILL
At our in-store refillery, when you bring in your own container, or use one of ours, you'll receive a cheeky discount on your coffee. Win for the planet and a win for your pocket!
EDGE Roastery
Across from the EDGE cafe, you’ll spy the refurbished Dutch barn… This is where we get down to business.
Our roastery is open to the public, so pop in for a look around and a chat with our Roastmaster Chris and you may be able to see his dedicated team of roasters at work.
If you’re lucky, you may even see our state-of-the-art roasting machines Wolfie and Big Bertha in action.

Operated by Chris and Alice’s son, Charlie, EDGE by the Sea is the perfect place to treat yourself to a nice cup of tea, coffee and some tempting salty chips and ice cream!
On Fridays EDGE by the Sea transforms into the best craft beer, pizza and DJ venue in town! Best enjoyed with a cold beer or cocktail in hand to welcome the weekend.
